I love this brilliant hotel in Danang ! So convenient, shops, restaurant etc.

Fabulous view from 19 floor restaurant and super attentive staff everywhere :: bellboys, servers, desk, spy, everyone! Steak and oysters had discounted coupons, Allowed me back entrance to visit church directly behind. Small but elegant pool,

6:am Smell of bacon from kitchen ( floor 2) in my room ( 6 floor each morning. Should inform arrival customers that taxi is cheap and very close to airport. $ 5.00 US. While hotel service is $20.

The view and location of this hotel are amazing, close to the markets and many, many restaurants and cafés. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The view from the Afternoon tea bar was stunning, but the offerings were less impressive.

This hotel does not have a separate walk in shower, unless you're willing to climb into the tub first. So, not so good for guests with any leg disability or elderly people. The lobby had a foul order for the 4 days we were there. The rooms are a bit small. We visited the spa for a massage but after seeing the pool area and the sauna facilities, we changed mind and rather visit one of the spa's close to the hotel. There are many steps or a steep ramp to get to the reception from the outside. Again, NOT handicapped or disability friendly. The breakfast is catered mostly towards their Asian guest, so I stuck with the bread and butter. I have eaten very well in Vietnam, but this was different.

Description says an outside pool but it is not which was a big let down. There was a sky light with covering but could not sit in the sun, no sun in pool. It was like a pool inside a conservatory.Would have give it a 10/10 had it not been for this.

Great location, very close to the Dragon Bridge and the Night Market. Although on a central street, it was not noisy. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options and the pastries were excellent.

Breakfast was delicious with many options - loved the order to make egg option. Location was right in the center - within walking distance to the Han market and river front board walk

Excellent hospitality from start to finish. One of the best rooms we've had whilst on our trip through Vietnam. Great view too.

Breakfast was extremely busy and lots of people couldn't find an available table.

Central location close to Han Market. Good value for money, friendly check in and lender umbrellas due to the rain.

After a long travel till Da nang and lots of research for options to stay in Da nang we could not be happier with our choice. Ngoc Cuong welcomed us in reception, settled us in and made sure we were looked after and fed since the begging till the end. It was amazing to have his attentiveness making sure we had a wonderful experience. Brillant hotel it is not only and hotel is a full on experience culinary or to rest. They have spa a gym and they help to organise with no pressure at all activities in or out the hotel. Sadly we only had one night but more than a hotel it was a home away from home. The room…. I mean the room, I have no words, it was so comfortable, river view, bathtub…it reminded us to our bridal suite last year. All staff from the porters till the managers they were always smiling and helpful. We booked the night cruise via them and dinner in the rooftop bar! Exquisite! The maitre at the bar was also outstanding with recommendations and The afternoon tea was included and it was pur first introduction to the views for from the terrace. Beautiful. Now the breakfast!! It is the best buffet we have seen with so much variety for national and international customers. We already had lots of vietnamise food so we opted for comford food back-home like options, and it did not dissapoint at all. Still was a pleasure seen Ngoc again whom made sure we had sample of their fresh fruit options, glorious. Brillant hotel goes above 5 stars hotels in Europe, the treatment you get here for the value you pay is worth way more, you would not get this level of professionalism and humanity anywhere else. Highly recommended to stop by and treat yourself for King and Queen treatment. Thanks for everything!

Everything was perfect. Especially Mr Ngoc Cuong was very kind and gave me big help in staying at the hotel and buying tickets for Bana Hills. Also all employees were very kind. Food was perfect as well.

I cannot complain.

Clean and comfortable building, close to lots of restaurants, beautiful view of the dragon bridge! The breakfast buffet is excellent. Lots of variety and food beyond just breakfast food. The gym is well equipped.

The walls are quite thin. Could easily hear neighbours talking and unfortunately they were talking late into the night/very early morning. Also I don't know what this outdoor bell was but it sounded at 4:30 am both nights of my visit.

I loved the breakfast they offered and the hotel itself. what I really loved is the staff who are really friendly, helpful and listening to our needs. People in gold that even hotel guests should be the same as them and everyone would live with a smile! a little thought for the woman at the reception with glasses who was very patient with my mom! thank you!?
